Event Details - Glasgow

The next meeting will be held at the Jury's Inn Hotel, 80 Jamaica Street in Glasgow which is very near Central Station for those wanting to travel by train.

We start at 7:30pm and we meet on the second Monday of every Month.

There is no charge for entrance, but it would be great if you bought at least one drink from the bar so the hotel continue to let us use the room.

Format of the evening:

The evening will start with an introduction and welcome to new members. We will then have some form of formal presentation or structured discussion. We will focus on different areas of property, from Buy to Let through to Commercial. Whether you are an experienced investor or a novice, information in any of these areas will, we believe, provide everyone with more choice for their investing.

The second half of the meeting is to allow you to network and develop your contacts and try to get specific questions answered.

Your Hosts: Mark Canning and Mark Mandagie

We have been business partners since 2005 when Penny Lane opened. Initially it was a financial company and has since expanded to become estate agents, letting agents, property sourcing company and portfolio management for investors.

We have been attending SPNC meetings for 3 years and have found it a really useful way to meet new people and gain further knowledge on property investments.

We enjoy to see the current members each month and look forward to welcoming some new faces at the meetings.
